Metflow is a modern foundry specifically designed for the manufacturing of sand castings. Founded in 2006, they are located at Rajkot (Shapar) in Western India.
They have a facility of 70000sqft and a 5000sqft machine shop. Their facility can produce around 1800 metric ton of metal castings a year, with the ability to manufacture single pieces weight from 50Kg (100lbs) to 750Kg (1653lbs).
The company is engaged in manufacturing and supply of carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex steel and nickel base castings in various sizes and weight up to 775 kg per piece to meet international standards like ASTM, DIN, EN, BS and other customer requirements.
With their state-of-the-art facility, Metflow offers multiple stages of testing for all of their processes and products. They can provide multiple sand tests. These include AFS analysis, permeability testing, compressive strength testing and clay content tests. They also offer PMI, mechanical, impact hardness and corrosion testing, as well as micro structure examination and in-house non-destructive testing.
Metflow’s welders are all ASME section IX and BS EN ISO 15614-1 qualified. The company as a whole has a range of certifications such as ISO 9001-2015, Norsok M650 and more.
