Wisconsin Oven manufactures high-quality industrial batch ovens for a multitude of applications. Industrial batch oven configurations include laboratory, cabinet, pit, walk-in, car-bottom, top-load, elevator, and drop-bottom designs and are available in hundreds of sizes. Batch ovens can be heated by gas (direct or indirect), electric, and steam. Standard temperature ratings are available up to 1400° F. Custom batch ovens are designed around the customer’s specific process requirements.
Wisconsin Oven batch ovens are assembled & tested at the factory prior to shipment. A variety of aftermarket services are also available for equipment.
Wisconsin Oven manufactures a wide variety of industrial conveyor ovens and furnaces. Our conveying ovens are designed in a variety of configurations including flat conveyor belt style, chain conveyors, Ferris wheel, carousel, overhead trolley, specialized custom conveyor ovens, among others. For larger production of products, Conveying Ovens tend to be the most efficient option. Since this oven design does not require constant loading and unloading or heating up and cooling back down, you will see both labor and energy cost savings.
Wisconsin Oven designs and manufactures air pollution control equipment for your industrial oven.
Their thermal incinerators oxidize fumes from the exhaust stream of your industrial oven. Contaminants such as smoke, paint fumes, and solvents are processed through the fume incinerator to destroy volatile organic compounds.
Their fume incinerators offer flow capacities of 200 to 20,000 SCFM, and destructive efficiencies up to 99%, as defined by EPA test method 25A.
Walk-In Ovens, also referred to as Batch Ovens or Truck-In Ovens, are a larger scale industrial oven that can be engineered for any need, whether it is a “customized” standard oven, or an oven custom-engineered from conception to final product.
Industrial Walk-In Ovens are available in standard sizes up to 6,000 cubic feet, with larger custom sizes available upon request. Walk-In Ovens are offered with temperature ratings up to 1,400°F, and as gas fired or electrically heated. Wisconsin Oven’s Walk-In Ovens can be customized with a variety of options, such as notched doors for overhead trolley rails, doors on both ends of the oven, guaranteed temperature uniformity, windows, lights, access ports, and more.
Wisconsin Oven specializes in manufacturing custom industrial ovens for thermal processing. From the start of the process, their knowledgeable team will work closely with you to create a custom design based on your unique application and configuration specifications.
Their team understands the importance of temperature uniformity in the thermal processing industry. Temperature uniformities of +/- 10F, and +/-5F, and even tighter tolerances are available.
